Accomodations - October 31 Update

Camping at the P.e.a.c.h. Community Farm: The camping area is in a park-like setting under an open, ponderosa pine forest with a bedlike floor of pine needles.  RVs can also camp at PEACH farm. Click HERE for more information.

Homestays: We never did find a homestay coordinator so there is not much lined up. We have had very few requests as well.  One of our farmer friends (couple) whose farm is 15 minutes west of town  currently has two bedrooms and a separate, old bunkhouse as a homestay.

Bedrooms at Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute. 2 beds per room in  3 dormitories. Nice accommodations. Less than one mile from our SFCC college venue.  Meeting room and kitchen in each dorm. $30 one night, $55/two nights, $80/three nights, $110/four nights.  We have booked 80 rooms and still have lots of rooms to fill.  If you are planning on staying at Mukogawa and haven’t firmed that up with Maureen, our lodging  coordinator, than please do so ASAP.  This includes presenters and out-of-town staff.

For futher info on any of the above please contact Maureen at:

Food - October 31 Update

Friday breakfast and lunch. One World Restaurant will serve a breakfast and a lunch created out of donations and food on hand.  Payment is an appropriate donation. The restaurant can seat about 50 people and we may overflow its capacity.  In which case the Flying Pig restaurant on the same block is also available.

People are welcome to bring their own food. There is a kitchen available at each of the Mukogawa dorms which are available to people staying there.

We are pleased to announce that SFCC’s cafeteria/catering crew has been wonderful to work with.  They are going to serve some great food. Much of the food has been grown and donated by INPC participants and friends.  Pretty much all organic. The meat is organic as well.  We will eat on real china, no disposables.

We did not get it together this time to pre-sell meals so meal tickets will be sold on site. The full meal package, Friday dinner through Sunday lunch (6 meals) will be around $55.  We won’t have the final price till registration. If this is the case then individual meals will be priced:
